LOVE™ BUYER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to LOVE™ - a socially driven marketplace for love and wellness. Consumers from around the United States ("Buyers", "you", or "your") come to Love.com to find answers to and shop for alternative and homeopathic products (the "Products") that help unlock and refresh their mind, body, and soul. While using our Platform (defined below), we want you to ensure that you experience a transparent, exceptional, and positive experience. Please read on to find out more about your rights and obligations as a Buyer on our Platform.

2. Our Platform.
At Love.com, we offer a marketplace for sellers ("Sellers") to sell Products directly to Buyers. When you purchase on our Platform, you are ordering directly from Sellers. By shopping on our Platform, you understand that:
· Love is the operator of the Platform—a two-sided marketplace which enables Sellers to connect with and offer the Products for sale to their Buyers—and, as such, you are not buying directly from Love, but from Sellers that list their Products on the Platform;
· Love is not the manufacturer, distributor, retailer, or fulfillment or logistics provider of the Products; warranties on the Products, if any, are offered by the relevant manufacturer or Seller of the Products;
· each Seller on our Platform sets their own prices for Products and has their own processing times, shipping methods, and policIes that govern, without limitation, shipments, returns, and refunds;
· Sellers are responsible for their own UGC, including, but not limited to, product descriptions, images, and pricing;
· we do not guarantee or endorse any items sold on our Platform, including, but not limited to, Buyer Reviews, or any UGC posted by Sellers;
· we make no claims related to any Product, including a claim that any Product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease;
· You are not buying directly from Love, but from one of the many Sellers on Love. Love does not pre-screen items sold on the Platform and does not guarantee or endorse any items sold on the Platform or any content posted by sellers. You are responsible for evaluating the Products to ensure they are appropriate for your intended use.
If you have reason to believe that any user action, Product, or UGC violates our Terms, including our Prohibited Products Policy or your intellectual property rights, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Purchasing from Sellers.
When you buy Products on our Platform, you are buying them directly from Sellers, who offer a varying range of Products, policies, and processing times. In order to purchase Products from Sellers, you agree that you have: (a) read the relevant descriptions and Seller policies prior to making a purchase; (b) provided accurate shipping and identification information to the Seller; and (c) submitted appropriate payment for the Product(s) purchased.
All amounts charged for Products on the Platform are in U.S. Dollars. You must provide us with a valid credit card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) or third-party payment provider (collectively, "Payment Provider") account details. We will charge the Payment Provider you specify during checkout or as previously stored by you in your payment account. By providing your Payment Provider information, you represent that you are authorized to use that Payment Provider to make the applicable purchase and authorize our third-party payment processor to charge the applicable price for Product(s) you purchase, including, without limitation, all applicable taxes, costs and shipping fees, to such Payment Provider prior to shipment of the Product(s). You further acknowledge that you may be subject to the Payment Provider's terms and conditions of service.
If you pay any applicable fees with a credit card, we may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover your purchase. If we do not receive payment from your Payment Provider, you must pay all amounts due upon demand and we may suspend your access to the Platform until such amounts are paid. All sales are final and, except as provided in our refunds and returns guidelines in the Terms, we will not issue refunds or accept returns.
4. Buyer Reviews.
We encourage you to submit written Buyer Reviews of the Products you purchase on our Platform. Buyer Reviews help other Buyers identify positive or negative experiences with Sellers and improve the overall experience for all users of the Platform. Buyer Reviews will be sent to the Love team to ensure that such reviews comply with our UGC guidelines and our Terms before being published on the Platform. Once approved, your Buyer Review will be: (a) published to the relevant Product landing pages; and (b), to the extent your Buyer Review includes a Buyer Score, form part of the Community Score for the Product subject to your Buyer Review.
5. Order Issues.
If you experience an issue with an order and would like to resolve it, then you must first contact the Seller for resolution. If your issue or inquiry with Seller remains unresolved after reasonable attempts, in our sole discretion, to resolve your issue directly with the Seller, then you may escalate the matter directly to us at email@example.com. Following review of your issue or inquiry with Seller, Love may decide, in its sole discretion, whether to resolve your issue directly with the Seller. In the event we are unable to come to a resolution with Seller, this will not affect your claims against the Seller. Your legal rights remain intact.
BECAUSE LOVE IS NOT INVOLVED IN TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS, IF A DISPUTE ARISES BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS, BUYER RELEASES LOVE (AND ITS AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES) FROM CLAIMS, DEMANDS, AND DAMAGES (ACTUAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL) OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, DISCLOSED AND UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH DISPUTES. BUYER EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHT TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND AGAINST, OR TO SEEK REIMBURSEMENT OR CONTRIBUTION FROM, LOVE IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH DISPUTES.
6. Refunds & Returns.
Each Seller has their own refunds and returns policies which they are required to disclose to you prior to your purchase of Products on the Platform. While some of these policies may vary across Sellers, all Sellers must adhere to our Refund & Returns guidelines in the Terms.
Only Sellers may cancel transactions. Buyers may request that a Seller cancel an order by submitting an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
8. Anti-Discrimination Policy & Harassment.
If you receive a message or communication, including, but not limited content, Buyer Reviews, UGC, Product listings, or descriptions on our Platform that are threatening, harassing, hateful, or in violation of our Anti-Discrimination Policy, please contact us at email@example.com.
9. Buyer Support.
If you have any questions regarding our Platform, for Sellers, or your use of and activities on our Platform or would like to submit feedback, comments, requests for technical support, and other communications relating to the Platform, please feel free to contact Buyer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Buyer Support will be available during the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM PST.
