What to expect when ordering Live Plants from Love.com

Will I receive the exact plant in the listing?

  1. Not exactly---- You will receive a plant that is very similar in size and sometimes a bit larger! Rarely will we send plants that are smaller than what's pictured because that would be disappointing. We like to exceed expectations whenever we can.

 All plants are shipped in its grow pot. Ceramic planter pots are not included unless stated otherwise in listings. 

My plant arrived dead. What should I do?

First, don't panic, we are here to help. You can reach out to us with the video or series of pictures of the unboxing to receive a replacement or a refund. You can reach out to the Love Support team at support@love.com and we will facilitate your replacement or refund.  See return policy for more details.

What is your return policy? 

If your plant arrived damaged, dead of in bad condition, don't worry, we got you! You may submit a claim to request for a replacement.

  1. Take 2-3 pictures of the damage plant(s). 
  2. Contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the package
  3. Our team will reply within 24 - 48 hours with a request for the pictures
  4. We will evaluate and send you a replacement upon approval.
