Order Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Window: You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet shipped.

Product Subscription Cancellation: For product subscriptions, cancellations must be requested before the next subscription renewal date to avoid being charged and having the product shipped. If a cancellation request is made after the renewal date and the product has shipped, the subscription will be canceled for future renewals.
