Feel the sweet Summer vibe - touch up your landscape with elegant big creamy white flowers!

--

Southern Magnolia, generally called as Bull Bay, is popular for its big creamy white flowers that grow up to 12 inches in diameter. It blooms from May until June and releases a sweet scent. It has a glossy green foliage that has a reddish brown color underside. Its leaves grow from 5 to 10 inches long. It also bears a 3 to 8 inches long, cone-shaped fruit that is food to birds, rabbits and squirrels. Its dried leaves are popularly used in flower arrangements. This exquisite tree loves full sun to partly shade and is low maintenance. Southern Magnolias are easy to take care of. It doesn't need regular trimming and doesn't experience serious disease problems. It is also resistant to drought and can easily adapt to almost all soil types. It can also tolerate flooding, proving it as a perfect ornament for most difficult locations.
